Abstract

The paper analyzes the current trends of transnational corporations, which are characterized by the enlargement of corporations increase their role in the global economy, the increasing complexity of the ownership structure of corporations, the acceleration of internal organizational development corporations increased the pace and direction of the relationship of business growth with quality management and the increasing role of human capital. Experience world development shows that the internationalization of production as the main prerequisites for the development of international corporations basically has the concentration and centralization of capital, the development of new forms of merchandise exports for International Business - export licenses, trade marks, foreign direct investment.
