Abstract

This article is considered an attraction in the economy of foreign investment, which is an important part of the strategy of economic development of Azerbaijan Republic. It should be noted that the political stability and economic development of the country in recent years have contributed to increase the interest of foreign countries in the attachment of long-term investments in the economy of Azerbaijan. The author notes that, at this point in the country is taking steps to consistent implementation of economic reforms to improve the business environment, the development of non-oil sector, along with the oil in order to attract investments into the country to implement the government's policy of “open window”
