Abstract

The transition to a market economy has defined a new stage in the development of the securities market. Summarizing the experience of previous periods, and taking into account the peculiarities of modern society, we have a modern stock market. The paper analyzes the problems of the contemporary Ukrainian stock market. Determination of Ukraine's national interests in the financial sector. The paper identifies a number of national objectives in the financial sector, which aimed at achieving, support and protection to the national interests of the Ukrainian economy. Since the current international conditions, there is the threat of concentration of trade attractive Ukrainian securities outside the country, in the capital cities of developed countries, the attempt to group and summarize the effects of such processes.
