Abstract

The process of globalization is current topic nowadays. In this article the main waves of globalization and periods of its growth and falls are discussed. FDI’ flows in emerging markets from 1995 with forecast to 2016 are analyzed. To obtain essential information IMF’, World Bank’, WIR’ reports are analyzed. Main prospectives for emerging countries are presented. Plans to help developing countries to take advantage of globalization while managing the risks are discussed. World Bank Report to help developing countries is analyzed.
