The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of foreign business entities. Identified negative processes that formed in foreign economic activity of Ukraine , the causes that produce them. The analysis of the contradictions in the management of foreign economic activity in Ukraine and ways of overcoming them. Based on the study 's strengths and weaknesses of small and medium-sized enterprises using foreign experience a classification of the principles of organization and management of foreign economic activity with a view to enhancing its effectiveness. The problems for foreign investment to Ukraine to develop foreign trade enterprise structures . Developed a typology of problems for foreign investment and possible solutions.References
