Corporate social responsibility and sustainable business development: world experience and the concept for Ukraine

Abstract

The stages of formation of strategy of corporate social responsibility in the world and in Ukraine are considered. Features of the modern concept of a sustainable development of society as a whole are analysed. The analysis of a level of development of the non-financial reporting on a global scale and in Ukraine, in particular is given. Features of introduction in activity of the Ukrainian companies of such СSR form, as social business are considered. The assessment of quality of non-financial reports in practice of the Ukrainian companies is given. Key problems in СSR development in Ukraine are allocated. The main risks in the market of Ukraine are considered at introduction of the concept of a sustainable development of business in philosophy of the Ukrainian companies. Problems and prospects of development of corporate social responsibility in Ukraine are analysed.
