The paper analyzes the current trends of international business venture. It was determined that the most effective and widespread in recent decades, a form of intensification of innovation in a market economy is a venture capital fund innovative projects involving greater risk. The modern trends in the development of venture capital in Europe and the United States were considered. It is proved that the mechanism of creation and diffusion of innovation must have three complementary elements: a system of state support for basic and applied research, a variety of forms and sources of financing and indirect stimulation of research, promotion of entrepreneurship and innovation to support it.References
