Methodical Recommendations for the Enterprises Mergers and Absorptions Appeal due to the Virtual Capital Cost Synergetic Effect.

Abstract

The methodical recommendations for the enterprises merges and absorptions appeal due to the virtual capital cost synergetic effect are shown in the article. It is shown in the work both an immediately technique of such estimation carrying out with its detailed justification, and an example of such appeal calculation on the basis of three industrial organizations in Kharkiv. The factors groups which make direct impact on deriving the synergetic effect are determined in the work, a specific gravity of each factor is determined by means of mathematical methods, and the generalized synergy coefficient is modeled, according to which value the direct estimation is determined: high, average or low level of an expectation synergy of the virtual capital cost. The attention of the given technique difference from the previous author’s researches, i.e. an enterprise raider grab estimation is also paid in the work.
