Institutional dominants of states' financial dependence as a determinant of growing fragmentation of global economic space

The problem of conservation of the relations of dependence between developed and developing countries is analyzed. The theme of an institutionalization of structural, trade, technological and financial dependences is investigated. Need of the accounting of risks of cooperation with the international economic institutes which resort to classification manipulations for the purpose of definition of the countries recipients of the aid and their further control is noted. The author stresses the need for considering the risks of cooperation with international economic institutions practicing classification manipulations with the aim of determining the recipient-countries and their further control.
