Logistic mechanisms of transnational corporation development.

Abstract

The article determined that the infrasistems formed as a result of globalization, takes the form of integrated unions in the form of corporate and associative market structures, and require for their effective development of new forms and methods of management based on modern logistics and information technology. In this case, the integrated logistics in these circumstances has a special place. At this basis are created macrologistical systems - transnational system entities in the world and national economy (TNCs). As part of global economic processes global logistics systems allow you to: effectively coordinate the activities of divers multipurpose economically and legally independent entities for the production of products and services based on the methods of process-oriented management; include many market participants into a single information space; combine logical activity and market potentials for tangible effect on their affiliate business. As a result the destructive competition between the participants of goods movement is replaced productive alliances aimed at the final result.
