Modern trends in the development of regional capital markets in the transnationalization of the world economy.

Abstract

In article investigates the current trends of the global financial market, the priority given to the analysis of the impact of economic crisis on the development of regional capital markets and assessing the impact of the current economic crisis into its components: banking, insurance, securities sector. Despite national differences in the development of national capital markets, they have similar features: a high degree of monopolization, increasing the role of the state as the debtor, the creditor and the guarantor, the increasing role of institutional investors, the trend towards unification, institutionalization and internationalization. To this end, countries are reforming their banking, economic and credit systems. In today's world, a separate state is not able to solve their economic problems. On this basis becomes important development of regional capital markets as part of the global financial market conditions in transnationalization - as one of the characteristic features of the modern world economy.
