Economic Aspect of the Crossborder Cooperation Development within the “Yaroslavna” Euroregion (Sumy Region of Ukraine – Kursk Region of Russia)

Abstract

The article is devoted research of development of the European region of «Yaroslavna» status on the north-eastern border of Ukraine in the context of modern terms of development of regional policy and forming of its strategy in Ukraine. Found out the process of completion of the institutions providing of transfrontal collaboration in Ukraine. It is analytically confirmed that creation of the European region of «Yaroslavna» on an east border brought a region the row of positive results for foreign trade, education, culture, sport, youth policy. Historically and geographically the countries of the CIS remain the basic users of products of enterprises, and export in Russian Federation in 1,5 time exceeds delivery in other countries of the world. The value of external trade between the enterprises of the Sumskoy and Kurskoy areas in times of existence of euro of region grew twice. It is well-proven that national strategy of euro integration can be realized on territory of area in a macro scale, while in the applied aspect it is necessary to realize and use potential of decision of general issues and socio-economic development within the framework of the European region of «Yaroslavna».
