Abstract

The article discusses the role of TNCs in world politics in the context of globalization. Various factors influence of TNCs on the world economy. Reducing bureaucracy, improving the management and promotional activities, deeper mastering old and penetrating new foreign markets, multinational corporations continue to function effectively. Important new sources of FDI are public multinationals. Mobilizing all of its financial resources, technology and design capabilities, TNCs are able to produce a product that meets the needs of people around the world. We consider the factor of influence on the technology revolution as major multinational corporations. Special sphere of the international division of labor, based on the development of technologies that are strategic alliances entered into by corporations. The emerging global economy is the end of the century will not be able to provide an effective platform for the development of a global planetary scale without adequate legislative and policy framework. It is revealed that the main trend of the world economy is its globalization. Transnational corporations carry out economic, financial, commercial, technological, and in the new stage, political and social interaction around the world. The activities of transnational corporations fundamentally change the world, and therefore can not be without this study the processes taking place in the modern world.
