Formation and development of logistical and industrial water space of Ukraine.

Abstract

Тhe Problem of the Ukrainian ports concerning granting of the integrated transport services inseparably linked with a condition of system of ground transport, and especially, a railway transportation of Ukraine. It is expressed that at railway stations practically are absent modern to a communication facility. It leads to that cargo routes quite often make a detour of Ukraine that the cargo owner has no possibility constantly to trace movement the of cargoes on the Ukrainian territory. By the possibilities the railway transportation concedes sea, but congestion of traditional routes when there are the new regions generating goods traffics, and it causes necessity of development existing and formations of new logistical routes. Strategy of formation of multimodal logistical routes should be based on increase of a role of power and ecological types of transport: railway, sea, river.
