Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of global capital markets and operations on them global players. The article sets the goal of the transformation studies the role of the countries that are developing rapidly, in the distribution of global and regional capital flows. Consider an index of emerging markets of South East Asia. Stressed that private business can not be directly involved in the economy of these countries. A scheme that illustrates the basic motives of private businesses in choosing the country of investment. A particular of these criteria is the political and economic stability. The indices are calculated as of the weighted average of 15 variables with 5 main components of development, described in the article. Next step is determined by the development of the country. It is noted that there are 4 stages of market development. Considered European countries on the index as well as the BRICS. It is concluded that the transformation processes in the global distribution become more dynamic thanks to developing countries.
