Features of public-private partnerships in European countries.

The article is devoted to the features of the development of public-private partnerships in European countries. The importance of cooperation between the state and the private sector due to a number of objective conditions (interest, understanding, inability to implement certain projects without the cooperation of the government and the budget, the unwillingness of the public sector and businesses to take some risks, the importance of aligning their interests, etc.). Purpose of the article was to study the characteristics of the development of public-private partnerships in European countries. In the PPP government plays a key role, as the partnership and its business is built with respect to the state and municipal authorities. It highlights the inequality of the state and private companies. An important role in the socio-economic regulation plays such a thing as komunitarizm. Gives some examples of the use and implementation of PPP projects in different countries. It is noted that in Ukraine the PPP model is often widely applicable as a form of implementation of the policy of social responsibility of companies and social investments. One of the projects that contribute to the enhancement of corporate social responsibility among Ukrainian business is the project "GVardіya socially responsible companies". The company "SCM" held in this ranking first place many times (in the article analyzes the financial performance of the dependence of the dynamics of social investments in corporate social responsibility, salary increases). As a result of analysis concluded that there was a direct link programs of corporate social responsibility and financial performance indicators "SCM".References
