The paper studies the dialectical relationship of division and cooperation of labor as the drive for the development of its social form. It is shown that in addition to investment and tax arrangements for revitalizing the production of a substantial organization of labor, the development of a mechanism to stimulate it, and as a consequence – the development of its social form. It is proved that the expansion of the boundaries and the development of the structure of the total labor directly related to the needs of society. Defined qualitative and quantitative assessment of the total social labor. Analyzed the reasons hampering the development of the social form of labor in the modern market economy.References
