Reduction of risks of investment in a port infrastructure at the present stage of development of foreign trade with the countries BSEC.

Abstract

The effective organisation of work of the navigable companies impossible without investment both current activity, and building of new fleet. The structure of maintained fleet of the navigable companies of Ukraine does not answer structure of national foreign trade. The problem of restoration of fleet for Ukraine becomes one of key in respect of maintenance of independence of foreign trade and preservation of the status of the sea state. Ways of replenishment of fleet the well-known: building of courts on domestic and foreign shipyards, acquisition or employment with transition of the property right of courts which are in operation. The fleet of Ukraine is, basically, state. Therefore possibility of reception of financial assets in Ukraine is considered first of all. Investment funds become more and more appreciable players in the market port M&A: Their interest is concentrated basically to multiterminal complexes, and it is not adhered to concrete regions and has wide enough geographical coverage.
