Logistic conception of freight management in a globalized economy

The article describes the interrelation of estimate of global aspects parameters of national economy, its development rate, and logistic concept of product transfer management. The instrument for accounting of global influence on competitiveness of domestic forwarders is represented in the article. Tasks for increasing the competitive ability of domestic carriers and improve the quality of transport services were enunciated. The basic principles and auspicious conditions of transport organization in the system of logistics management were detailed. Key features of the software of category of CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Program of automation of freight forwarding activities of companies "Forwarder +", which is the newest product on the market of forwarding services were illuminated. It allows you to solve the transport problems of any complexity and provides for this complex functionality.References
