Incentive mechanism model of intellectual activity of plant personnel

Abstract

The paper determined that the source of the innovation capacity of the enterprise is a creative attitude of employees to perform their duties , to encourage first part of " ongoing innovation", and then - in the broader innovation process . Therefore, an important aspect of the effectiveness of innovation is the creation and the possibility of the formation of personality , featuring: high intellectual level ( originality , observation, developed imagination , the ability to concentrate , etc.), initiative , risk tolerance , tolerance of criticism , frustration reached ; organizational skills , and the like . Summed up the experience of leading industrial enterprises of Ukraine proposals of the experts and the scientific research carried out on this subject at the Institute of Industry HAH Ukrainian Institute of Economics - HAH Legal Studies, Ukraine, and other research organizations, can justify the overall concept of the formation mechanism of stimulation of workers of enterprises.
