The organizational and legal instruments of investment activity stimulation are concidered in the article. Investment flows in special regime of investment activity in the territories of priority development of Donetsk region is estimated. It is determined that the attraction of investments in the territories of priority development did not occur uniformly, the balance of the tax charges and received customs and tax privileges is negative. Defined institutional and legal instruments which can be used for investment activity stimulation.References
