The quality of human capital in the aspect of global migration

The paper studied the effect of migration on the traditional socio-economic systems in developed countries, analyzed the current situation of legal and illegal migration in the Americas, Asia and Europe. Migratory movements of people, regardless of the motivating reasons are great dangers for the socio-economic systems of developed countries and deepen the problems of these countries. The features of the forms and methods to the protect the identity of the developed countries of their human capital from the "dissolution" in migration flows. The statistical analysis of illegal immigration in Western European countries has shown as the meaningful and quantitative aspects of illegal immigration to the U.S. approach, although their immigration policies (excluding the United Kingdom) has always been tougher. Quantitative assessment of population migration in the modern world has given in many new opportunities to maximize the effective use of quality human capital regardless of its "prenature."References
