Analysis of state and prospects of development of scientific and technical cooperation in the context of modern principles of innovation

Abstract

In article are designated the main directions of development of the global innovative environment, and also was made the analysis of a state and prospects of development of scientific and technical cooperation in the context of the principles of modern innovatics. Were considered systems of financing of research and development abroad, namely in the USA, Japan, China and other countries of Western Europe. The most intensively developing directions in the technological markets at the expense of which these countries take the leading positions in world ratings are analysed. The study shows the ratings of Knowledge Economy Index (KEI), which characterizes the overall level of development of a country or region in relation to the knowledge economy and includes four sub-indices: the index of economic and institutional regime, education index, innovation index, and the index of information technology and communications. Also particular interest is caused by ratings of the most innovative companies of the world as they give a real idea of regional structure of scientific and technological development of the world, and also of the most intensively developing branches of the global market of innovations.
