The implementation of national projects at the regional level: foreign experience

Abstract

The article discusses the features of the implementation of national projects in different countries around the world. Determined that the regions of the world and countries to varying degrees, affected by the universal processes, since they are characterized by different levels of economic, technological and social development, as well as between regions of the world (and continents), and there is vast production and economic gaps and imbalances. It was stated that in countries with developed market economy long gone to the recognition of the need for design tools in solving the problems of sustainable regional development. Analyzed the impact of the national program "Growth Strategy» (Growth Strategy) to achieve sustainable regional development of administrative regions in Denmark. National anti-crisis program "Growth Strategy", developed on the basis of its projects and subregions allowed to introduce new opportunities for economic growth. Consider the program being implemented in the United States, particularly in New York and their impact on the economy of the state. Identifies key issues states decide not only on the program in each region separately, but, above all, on the basis of a comprehensive program of the country in which identified the main challenges that must be addressed in the center and in the field, the most important directions of systemic action in this area, carried out with taking into account the specific situation of individual regions and their real possibilities.
