In article the analysis of the reasons why in the majority of municipal unions of Russia there are no effective organizational structures of management is carried out. Perfection of structures of management in local governments and use of new indicators should allow to eliminate lacks of existing organizational structure of management in the most part of municipalities of the country.Посилання
