Анотація
The present work introduces the actual problems of macroeconomic regulation of employment. An emphasis is made on the social factors of increase of the level of employment in Georgia.. The currently established realities are analysed and some measures activating the social factor of increase of the level of employment and promoting to improvement of the system of social protection of the population of Georgia are specified.
